Land Buyers - to work with a Senior Land Managers but with a view to working on own initiative on some projects depending on experience. Identify development opportunities within the region and negotiate site acquisition by seeking solutions to optimise market advantage. Assist the Land Team in the acquisition of Land in order to meet the Region`s Business Plan requirements. Key Experience Either the completion of a relevant University course or experience of the residential property development process, most probably with a major house builder or a residential property agency. The post holder should be self-motivated, have strong commercial awareness and knowledge of property and land law, the planning system, planning legislation, financial development appraisals and an awareness of technical and sales matters.
